I'm Jakob, and I grew up all over the Greater Sacramento area. I turned years of "you should know about this neighborhood" conversations into an actual job. Now I help buyers and sellers across Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Loomis, Granite Bay, Folsom, and the surrounding areas figure out where they fit and how to get there.
